Initially dismissive of the importance of the name, he was urged by Arun, the GM, to choose a name that would create a buzz. Reluctantly, he suggested calling it the Leadership Development Program (LDP), which surprisingly resonated with Arun and set the stage for future successes.

This serendipitous encounter with program naming proved to be a game-changer for Dominic CostaBir and his team at HTI. The baptism of their programs with catchy acronyms like SUPPORT, CUP, WAR, and iCARE, coupled with innovative program banners like Learning Carnival and StarWay, helped them stand out in a competitive industry.

The power of a name became evident when Zomato approached HTI to train their Delivery Partners (DPs). Dominic CostaBir and his team conceptualized DP RIDE – Respectful, Impressive, and Delivering an Experience, a program that resonated with Zomato and paved the way for a successful collaboration.
