In addition to this, he will also be spearheading initiatives to elevate team training and development. With an aim to optimize guest satisfaction metrics and identify opportunities by bringing innovation in services that ensure the property stands out as a preferred choice for travelers.
Prior to joining Courtyard by Marriott, Avinash has held various leadership positions at renowned hospitality brands across India. His extensive experience in Front Office operations, guest relations, and team management has equipped him with a deep understanding of the industry.
