In addition to this, he will also be spearheading initiatives to elevate team training and development. Prior to joining Courtyard by Marriott, Avinash has held various leadership positions at renowned hospitality brands across India. His extensive experience in Front Office operations, guest relations, and team management has equipped him with a deep understanding of the industry.
