Indian ad agencies have won 15 pencils (6 graphite and 9 wood pencils) at the D&AD Awards 2023.
Seven Indian ad campaigns were recognised and honoured with 15 pencils on May 24 and 25.
Leo Burnett India and FCB Group India are leading the tally with 4 pencils each, VMLY&R Commerce India with 3 pencils and McCann Worldgroup India with 2 pencils. Ogilvy Mumbai and Studio Eeksaurus have won 1 pencil each.
The coveted awards gala which incorporates over 40 categories judged by nearly 400 of the world’s leading creatives, saw nearly 30,000 individual pieces of work making up the 12,243 entries for the accolades.
