At the heart of ZIFPROR’s mission is the cultivation of protein-rich oyster mushrooms—a nutritional powerhouse that offers maximum nutrition with zero fat. Through meticulous cultivation practices and a dedicated team of 15 students and 2 staff coordinators, NANDHU. R and his colleagues have achieved remarkable results.
Their first harvest yielded an impressive 0.7kg of premium-quality mushrooms from each of their 13 bags, showcasing the exceptional nutritional value and yield potential of oyster mushrooms.
